Schleich Brings the Chamber of Secrets to Your Shelf With Six New Harry Potter Figures
There is a Basilisk loose on the toy shelf. Schleich’s 2026 Harry Potter wave has landed — six new figures running from the Chamber of Secrets to Herbology class to the inside of Newt Scamander’s suitcase, with an Advent Calendar following in September.
The centrepiece is the duel under the castle. Harry & Fawkes with sword recreates the moment from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets when Harry squares up to the Basilisk with the Sword of Gryffindor in hand and a phoenix at his back. The Basilisk is sold separately, with a scaled body and those glowing yellow eyes, so you can stage the whole standoff yourself.

Dobby with sock

All six are live on Schleich’s UK store right now. In the US it is a split: Dobby with sock, the Basilisk and Newt Scamander and Pickett are in stock, while Neville with Mandrake, Harry & Fawkes with sword and Harry on Buckbeak are currently showing a Notify Me button instead of add-to-cart. The Basilisk is already flagged as low stock stateside, which tracks — it is the one everybody wants.
And an Advent Calendar in September
Schleich is also lining up a Harry Potter Mini Figures Advent Calendar for September. Twenty-four windows, a detailed mini figure or accessory behind each one, and the detail collectors will actually care about: three limited-edition figurines created exclusively for this year’s calendar, which will not be available any other way.
