Accio Snacks: Betty Crocker and Pillsbury Unveil Four New Harry Potter Baking Treats

Forget waiting for the trolley witch — the next batch of Chocolate Frogs can come straight out of your own kitchen. General Mills announced today that four new limited-edition Harry Potter products from Betty Crocker and Pillsbury are rolling out to grocery stores nationwide this month, joining the returning Harry Potter Fruit Snacks.

The full Wizarding World lineup will be available through December 2026 — perfectly timed to carry fans all the way to the HBO series premiere on Christmas Day.

The Four New Treats

Pillsbury Harry Potter Golden Snitch Shape Cookies
Ready-to-bake sugar cookies featuring Pillsbury’s first-ever Golden Snitch design — a Quidditch classic in cookie form.

Betty Crocker Harry Potter Chocolate Frog Truffle Kit
A truffle mix that comes with collectible frog molds, so fans can create and decorate their own Chocolate Frogs. Unlike Ron’s, these won’t leap out the train window.

Betty Crocker Harry Potter Hogwarts House Pumpkin Cakes
A baking kit with themed cupcake liners for all four Hogwarts houses, turning each bake into its own little Sorting Ceremony.

Betty Crocker Harry Potter Forbidden Forest Chocolate Cakes
Chocolate cakes inspired by the series’ most mysterious setting, with custom collectible toppers for decorating.

The Fruit Snacks Return

Betty Crocker’s Harry Potter Fruit Snacks are back as well, in six flavors: Daring Fruit Punch, Witty Blue Raspberry, Delightful Dragon Fruit, Cunning Green Apple, Loyal Lemonade, and Golden Strawberry Punch.

“Harry Potter has captivated generations of fans through its unforgettable characters and sense of wonder,” said Luke Niethammer, Business Unit Director for Baking at General Mills. “It’s a world people return to year after year. Whether being sorted into your Hogwarts House, chasing the Golden Snitch or enjoying a Chocolate Frog-inspired treat, we’re excited to give fans a chance to experience the details they know and love with new spellbinding goodies.”

The lineup begins arriving at retailers nationwide this July and will stay on shelves through December 2026.
