See Harry and Hagrid Together Early: Dominic McLaughlin and Nick Frost’s ‘Grow’ Is Now on Peacock

You don’t have to wait until Christmas to see the new Harry and Hagrid in the same film, and yes, there are pumpkins.

Grow, a family comedy featuring Dominic McLaughlin and Nick Frost, started streaming on Peacock in the United States on Thursday, October 1, 2026, Collider reports. That’s about twelve weeks before the pair debut as Harry Potter and Rubeus Hagrid in HBO’s Harry Potter series on December 25.

What Grow Is About

The film is set in a town that calls itself the pumpkin capital of the world. No-nonsense farmer Dinah Little takes in her niece, Charlie, who turns out to have a gift for connecting with plants, just as the town’s annual pumpkin-growing contest comes around.

  • Golda Rosheuvel (Bridgerton) as Dinah Little
  • Priya-Rose Brookwell as Charlie
  • Dominic McLaughlin as Charlie’s friend, Oliver Gregory
  • Nick Frost as Arlo, a local grower
  • Also in the cast: Tim McInnerny, Jane Horrocks, Alan Carr, Joe Wilkinson, Kathryn Drysdale, Fisayo Akinade, Sharon Rooney and Jeremy Swift

Grow was first released in October 2025. Collider notes it was nominated for Best Feature Film at the BAFTA Scotland Awards on the same day it reached Peacock.
